  1. Thanks for the shot of hot. Nothing much red around here, and my tomatoes are still pale green and the size of golf balls. That’s summer in Downeast Maine.

  2. Reds won their first match, Pies went down 3-1 at Colchester. Resnick saw it coming no doubt.

  3. Alan : Here blackberries are on the bushes, both on the Heath and the South Downs, where I walked with the Ramblers on Saturday. Worryingly, there are already a few leaves browning on the trees.
